The Refri-Tech Ltd returns policy states that products are to be returned to Refri-Tech Ltd unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition and with a receipt or proof of purchase to receive a refund. If you do not have your original receipt, but have some other proof of purchase, items may be exchanged or refunded with gift cards or vouchers.

Refri-Tech Ltd acts exclusively as wholesaler of material produced by third parties. Therefore is does not take any responsibility for possible defects.
CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, this must be done 30 days after the date of your purchase. any return request made after that date will not be accepted. Any returns will be liable for a collection charge. (return postage will be paid by the buyer)
You will be informed as soon as possible if for any reason product(s) ordered by you are not available for supply. Where you have already paid for the product(s), you will then be issued with a full refund or an alternative product.
Damages and issues
