If you do not have your original receipt, but have some other proof of purchase, items may be exchanged or refunded with gift cards or vouchers.

CANCELLATION

 If you wish to cancel your order, this must be done 30 days after the date of your purchase. any return request made after that date will not be accepted. Any returns will be liable for a collection charge. (return postage will be paid by the buyer)
